Interchangeable routines for a better cognitive brain; I always thought to have routines to live and go thru Life ..but we need to include...adding condiments, herbs, laughts , talk with friends, working, reading dancing ,exercising helping... Everything your imagination can think about it ..make it tangible..
make it possible..
Remember what you used to like when you were a child, teenager.. bring back those memories . And paint them in your favorite colors ..
